点评：We organized a 1 day tour of Bordeaux (focused on the right bank) with Henri. We were somewhat limited by our options as a Sunday was our only free day. Additionally, we wanted to specifically focus on hidden gems. As we were traveling with our teenaged kids we settled on keeping it to 3 vineyards in and around Saint Emillion. We communicated with Henri via email and he answered everything promptly and clearly. Since we were pretty unfamiliar with wines in this region, he asked a lot of questions on things we drink, styles, etc. Henri is a sommelier and vintner himself, so he’s super knowledgeable. On the morning of the tour, we picked us up in a very comfortable Mercedes van as we headed to Saint Emillion. Given the lack of morning traffic, we had some time to kill so Henri proceeded to give us a tour through adjacent areas like Pomerol – amazing to see how small the plots of land are for Le Pin and Petrus. The wineries that Henri suggested were all delightful, family run operations. The wine was very good to exceptional and we ended purchasing quite a few bottles to take home. Additionally, Henri helped us organize a fantastic lunch in Saint Emillion and the acquisition of some birth year wines for my kids from a store in Saint Emillion. He’s very knowledgeable, a great communicator, super friendly and very patient. My only regret was only booking 1 day with Henri. If we’re ever fortunate enough to head back to Bordeaux we would definitely reach out to Henri to see some other regions.
翻译：我们在亨利的带领下安排了一次为期一天的波尔多之旅（重点游览右岸地区）。由于周日是我们唯一有空的日子，可选择性相对有限。此外，我们特别希望探访一些鲜为人知的宝藏景点。鉴于我们是带着十几岁的孩子一同出行，最终决定只参观圣埃米利永及其周边地区的三处酒庄。我们通过电子邮件与亨利沟通，他总是迅速且清晰地回复了我们所有问题。由于我们对这一地区的葡萄酒了解甚少。他问了很多关于我们饮用的酒类及其风格等方面的问题。亨利本人就是一名侍酒师兼酿酒师，因此他学识极其渊博。游览当天早上，我们乘坐一辆极为舒适的奔驰面包车前往圣埃米利永。由于早间交通顺畅，我们还有些空闲时间，于是亨利便带我们游览了周边的波美侯等产区——能看到勒潘和佩特鲁斯酒庄所拥有的地块面积如此之小，真是令人惊叹。亨利推荐的那些酒庄全都是由家族经营的，给人感觉十分温馨宜人。那里的葡萄酒品质上乘至卓越，我们最终买了不少瓶带回家。此外，亨利还帮我们在圣埃美隆安排了一次很棒的午餐，并从当地的酒店为我孩子们的出生年份挑选了相应的葡萄酒。他知识渊博、善于沟通，性格极其友善且极有耐心。我唯一遗憾的是只预定了亨利一天的服务。如果我们有幸能再次前往波尔多，我们一定会联系亨利，让他带我们去看看其他产区。
