Fantastic little zoo with a personal guide and lots of animal interaction

点评：We had a fantastic time at Kilosa Zanzibar Total Adventure. It’s not a huge zoo — we spent about an hour there — but the experience is very well organised and surprisingly full of things to do.
We had our own dedicated guide just for the two of us, who stayed with us throughout the visit, explained everything, showed us around and patiently waited while we fed the animals and took photos. We fed tortoises, monkeys, ostriches and zebras, and also had the chance to take photos with a python and a chameleon. We saw crocodiles as well, so there was plenty packed into the visit.
One thing we really liked is that the animal food was included in the entrance price. We paid around 35,000 TZS per person, and after that everything was included — no extra charges every time you wanted to feed an animal.
The staff were really friendly and attentive, and we were very happy to leave them a tip at the end. Such a lovely experience and definitely worth visiting if you are in Zanzibar.
