点评：Fantastic sanctuary, its obvious why its so highly rated!!
I booked the feeding experience and my friend booked the general admission, member for a day! I mentioned being deaf when i bought the experience and upon arrival was given a hand out with all the animal stories that the keeper talks to the tour group about and staff were really good with catching me up, making sure I understood everything and they were aware of my needs. My friend and ai ran a little late to the start time but staff were completely welcoming and understanding and it wasn’t an issue at all (so reassuring as we had stressful problem with the Uber!)
During the experience my friend was allowed in the space to feed to take pictures of me and the staff were really good with this! Everyone we met was super friendly and so lovely to talk to - you can tell this is such a wholesome place for the animals and staff alike and the animals are so so well looked after! We talked to so many staff but I only got the names of Peter and Pam, just want to thank everyone for an amazing experience i’ll never forget and to Pam especially for giving my friend and I a lift back to san diego as we waited a while for an uber to connect us with a driver!
