Calabash Fishing Fleet的点评
点评：So I called up the phone number on calabash fishing fleets website and booked a half day trip for my 11 year old daughter and myself for a Saturday afternoon. The woman who took our reservation charged my card and confirmed the trip. Saturday came and it was sunny with low wind and about 80 degrees, we got to the dock about an hour early and when we went inside to check in we were told that the woman who took the reservation made a mistake and there was no boat going out. We had driven an hour and a half there and now had to drive an hour and a half home. The ladies who were working the seafood shack that is associated with the charter company felt really bad for us but said there was no boat. The woman who took our reservation and payment called and apologized for her mistake and refunded us the money 3 days later and told us that she would talk to the owner and mail us vouchers to go on them another day! That was a month ago, I’ve called and texted with no response which is super upsetting that they are not taking accountability for the mistake and money spent on gas food and time! I personally would not use this company based on the experience! The sad thing is they had an opportunity to make it rite and didn’t take that opportunity! BAD BUSINESS!!!
