Very disappointing experience at Jameos del Agua Cafe

点评：We visited Jameos del Agua as part of our day tour and decided to get something from the café inside. Unfortunately, our experience with one of the café staff members JUAN was extremely unpleasant and racist.
We were already waiting in the queue when Juan began taking orders from people who arrived after us, while completely ignoring us. When I tried to get his attention, he continued to ignore me. I eventually called his name and asked him if we can order. His response was essentially that he would serve everyone else first and then come to us.
I found his behaviour incredibly rude and disrespectful. What made the situation particularly uncomfortable was that we felt we were being treated differently because we were foreigners. We had been waiting before the other customers, yet we were repeatedly overlooked.
Jameos del Agua is a beautiful and unique place, and we were looking forward to enjoying our visit. Unfortunately, this interaction left a very negative impression on us. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that all visitors are treated fairly and respectfully, regardless of where they come from.
