Very disappointing experience.

点评：Very disappointing experience. We brought our whole family along golfing, including our 3-year-old granddaughter, and around 8:20 she needed to use the bathroom. We were told they were “closed” and would not let her in (they stop letting people in at 8). As a result, my daughter and granddaughter could not finish playing and instead had to drive down the road to find restrooms elsewhere. We were only asking for a little compassion and to open the door for a 3-year-old who needed to use the restroom.
What makes it even more frustrating is that after we finished playing about 40 minutes later, there were still four guys sitting in the room with the golf clubs, doing nothing. So there were clearly people there who could have opened the door.
I understand having rules, but refusing a 3-year-old access to a bathroom when employees were right there was extremely disappointing. We were not from the area, and I feel it was very wrong to make a young mom and her daughter drive down the road to find a bathroom for her two-year-old.
