点评:I had dropped off my son, burdened with backpack and tent for his Lakeland/Scotland adventure. Noticing the sign for the 300 year old library grabbed my attention first before I realised it was Wordsworth’s Grammar School. I felt compelled to go in but a bit dubious about how much it would cost and the fact that I only had another 45 minutes left on my car parking. Neil greeted me with a friendly welcome and the lovely surprise that it was only £6.00 entry fee per adult. He gave me a brief (I expressed my concern over car parking!) but wonderful history of the school, recollections of Wordsworth’s life and times and other very interesting facts. The librarian’s were hard at work upstairs but took time from their cataloging to speak with me. I loved every minute of my visit and would highly recommend it to all lovers of Words, literature, history and education. It’s definitely Worth it!
Thank you for an inspiring visit.

感谢你们带来如此精彩的参观体验。
