Expensive and unfair pay structure for drivers

点评：The service itself is decent - arrive on time and drive safely. The cost continues to increase, however, and there appear to be some shady moves by the owner regarding tipping and what the driver actually makes.
Initially the cost change was “ 20 percent included” and it was transparent on the receipt. However, we learned that the driver didn’t take home 100 percent of that tip if left on the credit card - unacceptable.
The latest price increase comes with a note that says “we pay our staff well” and the price is “all in” - one would assume that means you don’t tip extra and the owner takes care of the driver. Well … despite the increase in cost to the customer, the drivers did not receive an increase in their pay, which means we pay more but the driver doesn’t benefit - including not getting any tips because of the way the cost is presented. So the customer gets taken on cost, the driver makes the same (low) amount and doesn’t get a tip … and only the owner benefits. Time to find a new service.
