点评：We had such a brilliant experience with Castle Boat Trips thanks to Ali, whose mix of humour, local knowledge and genuine kindness made the whole outing special. We arrived with an anxious child and Ali did absolutely everything he could to attempt to get her on board — patient, gentle and never once making her feel rushed. Once we were sailing, he made my other niece’s 8th birthday magical with a personal birthday mention and even a turn at the helm. She was beaming and the whole boat joined in the moment. His jokes kept everyone laughing, the scenery was stunning and the experience more than made up for not seeing the monster in the flesh. Ali turned what could have been a stressful day into a joyful family memory. If you’re visiting Drumnadrochit, this is the boat trip you want — and Ali is the guide you hope you get.
