Gamefisher II Costa Rica的点评
点评：If you read the 5--star reviews for the Gamefisher II you would assume that this is the boat to charter for sports fishing out of Flamingo. However, what you need to know is that the boat was sold in May 2026 and all of the reviews that the new owners are claiming relate to the prior (excellent) captain and crew, who quit when the new owner took over. We made the mistake of going out on this boat in May 2026 and quickly regretted it. The new captain is not familiar with the waters off Guanacaste and after nearly 10 hours on the boat we ended the day with one bite and no fish. At one point the crew trolled a bizarre combination of lures and bait, with no pattern and no clear understanding of what fish they were trying to attract - basically everything they could find on the boat - in an effort to try to get something to bite! It looked like a Christmas tree decorated by a bunch of 5 year olds. I have fished in Costa Rica many times with great success and grew up deep sea fishing with my Dad in Florida, Hawaii, California and Mexico. This was by far the worst experience I have had fishing anywhere. Unless you want to go on a very expensive boat ride I would recommend that you STAY FAR AWAY from this sham operation!
