Tropiquaria Zoo的点评
点评：Child's birthday party review.
Wow, where do I start!!
We booked the premium birthday package for my daughter and her friends.
Communication from start to finish was 1st class and no question or query was too much.
On the day, we arrived at 11.30am (could arrive any time) we went straight to the cafe with our balloons and cake to the designated reserved area where they had the birthday girls name on the wall. The kitchen kept the cake safe.
We placed our order for the cooked lunches which were included and let them know the preferred time.
Our group then went off exploring the animals and play areas. All areas clean and tidy. All animals in amazing condition and great interaction with them. The free roaming peacocks a hit too.
We went to the cafe for lunch and drinks. Then did the cake, the cafe staff (two lads who I forgot their names) were amazing and nothing was too much trouble!
At 2.30pm we went to our VIP keeper experience and this was the most amazing and memorable part of the day!!!
Keeper Sam was outstanding with the girls.
We started inside and had personal meet and greets with many animals. He was brilliant and knowledge at answering the questions when the girls got inquisitive.
We then moved outside to hand feed lots and lots of animals and the girls even got into some of the enclosures. We met and fed more animals than we ever thought we would.
Without hesitation, the most magical and memorable experience ever and our daughter and her friends said they had the best day ever.
Thank you to Tropiquaria and your truly amazing team. You're all a true asset to the park and thanks to you all my daughter had a birthday party she will never forget!!!

饲养员Sam对孩子们非常友好。
我们先在室内与许多动物进行了亲密互动。当孩子们提出各种问题时，Sam知识渊博、热情解答，令人印象深刻。
之后，我们来到室外，亲手喂食了许多动物，孩子们甚至还进入了一些动物的围栏。我们见到的动物数量和喂食的动物数量都远远超出了我们的预期。
毫无疑问，这是一次最神奇、最难忘的体验，我的女儿和她的朋友们都说这是她们度过的最棒的一天！
