点评：Extremely disappointed... I booked a 90 minute massage and a facial. Both services lacked not only in skill and quality but in basic service standards. Massage did not even touch the lower back, top of back legs, arms at all and what was said to be a scalp massage was just time spent running hands through my hair. Half the time I felt I had to move to see if she was awake to keep moving. The aesthetician did not go over my service ahead of time or look at my skin to make recommendations... nor did she offer to do extractions which are $5 more apparently but as this was my 1st time, which I told all providers, I didn't know that. The point of a facial is to get extractions done to clean the skin and reduce pore size. Never was offered or when I asked it was apparently too late and I should ask next time. No water was offered after either service or at the end. When telling check out, I was told "well next time you book ask for this person who is stronger and tell the aesthetician to upgrade you" ... what?! No offer of compensation or apology nor care that they are asking me to pay for this and book again to try and get what I was supposed to in the 1st place. I have been in the service industry for decades and oversaw many Spas and salons ... this was more than disappointing and their lack of concern in this economy makes me upset anyone would spend their hard earned money on this place
