点评：Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience.
From the moment my girlfriend and I arrived, we were treated in an extremely rude, disrespectful, and unhelpful manner by a woman wearing glasses at the reception.
We asked about purchasing an additional massage package, but instead of politely helping us, she responded in an irritated and condescending way. When we asked where the massage area was, we had to wait for around ten minutes without receiving any clear information.
When we later tried to buy our entrance tickets, she was once again very rude and unfriendly. Although we paid the full admission price, we stayed for no more than half an hour because her behaviour completely ruined the experience and our day.
At a thermal spa and wellness facility, guests should be treated with kindness, professionalism, and respect. Unfortunately, none of that was present at the reception today.
A real shame and definitely not a pleasant experience for us.
