Freeman Arts Pavilion的点评
点评：Went back to back concerts 1st night no parking arrived 2 hrs early. 2nd night Rude staff and unhealthy beverage serving. Example: server opening beverage cans after serving hundreds of people and handling money! Nasty! No one wants to drink beverage after Someone spread what ever over the top of the can “gloves don’t combat the spread if you don’t change after every customer”!!!! We’ve been to 5 concerts there only 2 out of five were pleasant. Venue is nice but staff is rude and health concerns in drink service. Staff said they have to open cans! Ok well maybe change gloves??? If you don’t mind above then you’ll be pleasantly and asthetically intrigued with visual surroundings. For us it’s about the entertainment, food and drinks, parking. 5 times is enough as there are plenty of other venues to see favorite entertainment. Freeman has lots to learn about hospitality but hopefully with the right training for their staff they’ll improve. On wards and forward! Well check it out again in the future? Maybe?
翻译：连续两晚都去看了演唱会。第一晚我很早便提前两小时到达，可惜没有停车位。第二晚，工作人员态度粗鲁，还提供不卫生的饮料。举个例子：服务员在为数百名观众服务并接触过现金后，直接打开饮料罐！太恶心了！在有人把各种东西弄到罐子表面后，根本没人敢喝那种饮料。“如果不在每位顾客服务后更换手套，那手套根本无法防止病菌传播”！！！我们已经在那里看过5场演唱会了，只有2场体验还算不错。场地不错，但工作人员态度粗鲁，饮品服务也存在卫生问题。工作人员说他们必须直接打开罐装饮料！好吧，那至少换一下手套吧？？？如果你能接受上述问题，那么这里的环境定会让你赏心悦目。对我们来说，最重要的是娱乐项目、食物饮料以及停车条件。去五次就足够了，因为还有很多其他场所也能让我们享受喜欢的娱乐活动。Freeman在待客之道上还有很多需要学习的地方，不过只要对员工进行恰当的培训，相信他们会有进步。向前看吧！以后我们再来看看情况吧？也许吧？
