点评：We have been patrons of Freeman for many years and always love our experiences there. Great music and beautiful venue. Last night our experience was not positive, although the show was fabulous. It was a bring your own chair event, which has never made sense to me. Why not have reserved seats for every show? It takes a lot of time to move through the metal detectors and with chairs even longer. In any case, we arrived early and stood in a line of about 1500 or more people in the hot, humid sun. It took 45 minutes to enter the venue at which point we were dehydrated and in a less than cheery mood. Freeman should have been in the parking lot handing out (or selling!) bottled water as this was also a more mature crowd. All those around us were sweating and very uncomfortable. We were worried about some of the much older people. Furthermore, not a mention to the audience as they prepared for the show by asking for further donations to fund their expansion. The lines/lack of water and general discomfort of the audience should have been acknowledged. They need a better system and also to recognize problems when they arrive.
