Fantastic tour of an amazing car company!

点评：We were deciding between visiting the Mini factory near Oxford with it's latest robots and automated assembly line, and the Morgan factory with the old school hand-made production techniques. We chose the Morgan factory, and are we glad we did!
Nothing beats the charm and finesse of a hand-made product that is crafted with love and pride. You can certainly see the love, pride and attention to detail during the tour of the Morgan factory. Did you know that every single Morgan is made to order, and that the factory does not have any dead stock? An internship at the company takes 5 years to complete, which shows the level of dedication and craftsmanship which goes into building these cars.
The tour is very interesting, and you get to understand the entire history of Morgan, going from the first "cyclecar" in 1910 to the latest model, the Supersport, released in 2025. Most employees work there for decades, which goes to show that the company treats it's employees very well.
Big shout out for our guide Ross Herbert for making the tour even more fun with his great sense of humour and by telling us little quirky, fun stories throughout the tour. Everything from the welcome at reception to the tour, the shop and cafe at the end well organised, and the staff treated all guests very warmly.
Definitely time well spent. Highly recommend this tour!
