点评：My son recently attended a children’s birthday party at this venue, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing.
During one of the games, the marshal became aggressive towards one of the children in the group and was shouting in front of everyone. My son witnessed the whole incident and came off the field extremely upset, as did several of the other children. What should have been a fun party atmosphere quickly became uncomfortable and upsetting for the kids.
The situation was handled very poorly afterwards. Despite concerns being raised with staff, the children were sent straight back into the game with the same marshal still present, and there was no proper apology from either the marshal or management. It felt like the concerns of both the children and parents were dismissed rather than taken seriously.
Considering how expensive these parties are, it is unacceptable for children to leave upset and crying because of the behaviour of a staff member. Staff working with children should know how to communicate calmly and appropriately at all times.
To make matters worse, announcements were being made over the tannoy offering customers 100 free bullets if they scanned a QR code and left a 5-star review, which makes the positive reviews feel very misleading and difficult to trust.
