点评：Unfortunately our 11am trip was cancelled at 9:50am after we prepped a cooler with sandwiches,drinks,snacks we got in the car and I saw it was cancelled via a text. Called the number it said to call and Jennifer just asked if we wanted to reschedule or get a refund with no explanation of why. I said a refund as we don’t live here like most people who book a trip there. I asked her why it was cancelled and she said due to “Gail Force winds” mind you the winds were slated to be around 15 mph the entire day. Also those same winds were known about for 2+ weeks. Idk if they aren’t sure what Gail force winds are rated at or just lazy. When i told her it was super inconsiderate to cancel an hour before the boat was scheduled to leave for winds that have been known about for weeks she laughed and proceeded to tell me how they were losing $7k (not my problem). If you see 10+ mph winds or more be cautious your trip may be cancelled last minute.
