点评：We visited for the first time midweek. The inflatable play area itself is excellent — lots of variety, clean, and in very good condition. It was also nice and quiet, which meant the kids could really enjoy it.
Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was quite mixed.
Some of the staff were absolutely lovely and deserve recognition — friendly, helpful, and a credit to the venue. However, others came across as indifferent and unhelpful. One staff member in the food area (with very long hair) repeatedly played with her hair while serving, which was off-putting in a food environment. She was also quite dismissive and didn’t communicate clearly — just pointing and grunting when we were trying to understand how ordering worked.
Service was very slow. Our nachos and donuts took around 48 minutes to arrive, despite it being a quiet session with only a handful of families. When the food did arrive, the nacho cheese was overcooked to the point it had hardened into a solid lump. The tea was nice, but overall the wait time affected the whole visit.
The toilets were also disappointing — considering this was the first session of the day and the venue was quiet, they had a noticeable unpleasant smell.
I wanted to raise these issues with a manager at the time, but there was no obvious person available to speak to, which was frustrating.
Overall, while the play area itself is great, the service, food quality, and cleanliness need improvement. Given the number of similar inflatable venues available, we’re unlikely to return anytime soon — which is a shame, as it could be a really fantastic place with better management and consistency.
