点评：We had an absolutely incredible experience on our wine tour in Santorini, and much of that is thanks to our amazing guide, Raf. From start to finish, Raf made the tour not only informative but also genuinely fun and engaging.
He was incredibly knowledgeable about the local grapes (like Assyrtiko, which we loved!) and the unique winemaking processes that make Santorini wines so special. What really stood out was how he tailored his recommendations to suit our personal tastes—he knew exactly which wines would hit the mark, and he was spot on every time.
Beyond the wine, Raf shared so much interesting insight into the island’s history and wine culture. It truly elevated the experience beyond just a tasting—this was a deep dive into Santorini’s soul through its wine.
