点评:We visited Aqualand El Arenal in June expecting a fun afternoon with family and friends, but our day was cut short after just one hour due to a serious safety incident.
One of the children in our group went down a water slide, and before staff had properly ensured he had exited safely, another rider was allowed to go and collided with him. The child was left in significant pain, dizzy, and visibly shaken. He had to be taken to the first aid area, where we were disappointed by the response. No ice was provided for his injured leg, and medication was given without any apparent discussion about allergies or medical history.
As a result, our entire group had to leave early and our day was ruined. What was even more disappointing was the complete lack of concern from management. We received no meaningful apology, no offer of return tickets, and were simply told that the child “looked fine” despite being in obvious discomfort.
We were given a claim form to complete, which we submitted, but have never received any response, follow-up, or acknowledgement. Customer service has been non-existent.
Having visited Western Water Park on multiple occasions, the difference in our experience was striking. We have always found the safety procedures, staff attention, and overall customer service there to be far better.
This experience raised serious concerns about both safety procedures and customer care. Based on our experience, we would not recommend Aqualand El Arenal and would choose Western Water Park instead.
