点评:I thought that 360¥ was a bit pricy at first, but boy I was wrong. There is a lot to see and do here. Firstly there are the artefacts in the museum area. Then you learn about making the condiments in a traditional manner ( chilli paste, soy sauce, and fish flavoured oil) before moving on to the cooking. There is more to see but this is Chengdu in August, it is 40degrees and the humidity is ridiculous, so the kitchen is the cool option. Everything is in English, our guide, Melody, is lovely. She walks us through the procedure and then we do it ourselves. In the cooking area they provide beer, wine, baijiu, soft drinks all without charge, they'll help you take photographs and there is no rush. At the end you get a framed certificate and a goodie bag, chef's hat, branded apron and the recipes in English. Finally a visit to the shop means you go home fully equipped to cook Sichuan food for your family.
Great value, informative and tasty

物超所值、信息丰富、美味可口
