点评:We brought our grandchildren(age 12) to come here for introduction to sichuan.
Cuisine
First we were introduced to a street full of food stalls including cold meat,soup,appetizers,and dessert place,where we can sampled my food products
Afterwards we were escorted to a huge yard where we were lecture about sauce making how they do the fermentation. We were very impressed with the young lady who speaks fluent English which makes the visit more interesting
This was followed by the event highlights where each one of us had our own cutlery,kitchen cookware,our own aprons and our own hats—-we have to make our own food!. We have to make three dishes which were chicken ,a soup dish and panda dumpling for desserts
all the ingradients were all prepared for us and well covered in Saran Wrap.There were kitchen helps throughout the cooking class which makes it fun and easy for us.the highlights of course you have to taste your own cooking……which was our diner
Then comes the heading out diploma ceremony with the head chef to greet us….the entire afternoon and evening was fun!!
