点评：We were searching for a personalized coffee and chocolate-making tour in Costa Rica, and while there were other big commercial tours that were very popular, we chose Tio Jose Coffee Farm and we’re so glad we did. It ended up being one of the biggest highlights of our trip. Jose and his brother welcomed us warmly and guided us around their family coffee farm. We truly got the personalized experience. Jose was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the entire process, from sowing the plants to brewing the coffee.
The passion Jose and his family have for growing organic coffee and creating high-quality products truly shines through. We were amazed to learn how they use the whole coffee bean to reduce waste, creating jams, wine, and other unique products beyond just ground coffee. Everything we tasted the coffee, jam, and wine was excellent. The kids were fully engaged throughout the experience, especially when we added the chocolate bar-making activity. Grinding fresh cocoa beans and making our own chocolate bars was so much fun for all of us. We highly recommend adding Tio Jose Coffee Farm to your itinerary. It was a wonderful, memorable experience we’ll treasure forever.
