点评：I do believe that giving businesses feedback, whether positive or negative, is important as it can help them improve, so I wanted to share some feedback following our recent stay.
We stayed for the weekend — myself and my partner, along with another couple — and we had booked a spa day experience which included a 50-minute massage and lunch.
We arrived at around 11am and went to use the pool, sauna and steam room before our treatments. Unfortunately, the pool area was very busy. There are only five loungers and they were occupied so there wasn't really anywhere for us to sit or relax. The pool, sauna and steam room are also quite small in comparison to the size of the hotel.
I appreciate that the size of the facilities themselves may be perfectly adequate when numbers are lower, but with non-residents as well as hotel residents being able to use the leisure facilities, it can become very busy.
We had also seen the different relaxation areas shown in the photographs when booking, but unfortunately we couldn't find these when we arrived. We weren't shown around the spa or leisure facilities and were simply handed a towel, so we had to find our way around ourselves.
Of course, we could have asked a member of staff, but the staff seemed very busy dealing with other guests and we didn't want to stand around in our robes waiting for someone to become available. The gardens looked beautiful and would have provided another lovely place to relax, but unfortunately the weather was raining during our visit.
Our original plan had been to spend the day relaxing around the spa — swimming, using the sauna and steam room and generally lounging around in our robes. However, because of how busy the leisure facilities were and the lack of somewhere comfortable to relax, this wasn't really possible.
Our lunch was absolutely lovely, along with a few glasses of Kir Royale! Although the service was a little slow and two of our starters had been forgotten, our other two guests had eaten theirs before we had to chase up where ours were. They were soon brought out with apologies. On the plus side, the slow service was welcomed as we sat and relaxed at our table for the afternoon.
Overall it was a very enjoyable day and I would recommend this spa especially with the lunch but I would choose a quieter time to visit again.

当然，我们本可以询问工作人员，但他们似乎正忙于接待其他客人，而我们也不想穿着浴袍站在那儿等待有人有空来帮忙。那些花园看起来美不胜收，本可以成为另一个令人心旷神怡的休闲之所，可惜我们到访时正下着雨。
我们原计划一整天都在水疗中心放松——游泳、使用桑拿房和蒸汽房，再穿着浴袍悠闲地待着。然而，由于各类休闲设施人满为患，又找不到一个舒服的地方可以休息，这个计划也就难以实现了。
我们的午餐简直棒极了。再配上几杯香槟鸡尾酒！虽然服务有点慢，而且我们点的两份开胃菜还被遗漏了，但在我们催促之后，那两道菜很快便被端了上来，还附有歉意。不过话说回来，这种缓慢的服务倒也挺不错的——整个下午我们都舒舒服服地坐在桌旁放松呢。
总的来说，这是非常愉快的一天。我极力推荐这家水疗中心，尤其是它的午餐服务；不过下次再去的话，我会选择人少一些的时段。
