Disappointing cabana experience — refund denied
Six Flags Hurricane Harbor Concord的点评
点评：I rented a Capri Cabana at Hurricane Harbor Concord on August 1, 2026, paying approximately $350. I chose the premium cabana based on its advertised features and the availability shown during the reservation process.
Unfortunately, the experience did not match what I expected from the purchase.
Although the park opened at 10:30 a.m., our cabana was not available when we arrived. We had to ask multiple employees to find someone to check us in, and an attendant arrived at approximately 11:00 a.m., resulting in about 30 minutes of lost rental time.
The cabana also differed substantially from the appearance shown in the online photographs. The actual structure had a lattice-style roof that allowed significant sunlight through and provided less shade and privacy than the photographs suggested.
I also observed less-expensive cabanas nearby that appeared unoccupied for portions of the day, despite having been shown as sold out when I made my reservation. I understand there may be legitimate reasons for differences between reservation availability and actual occupancy, so I am not asserting that the system was incorrect—only that the discrepancy was concerning.
Finally, some neighboring cabanas appeared to be occupied by guests who did not have the same wristbands provided to our party. Again, I cannot know the circumstances of those guests, so I am not making an accusation; I am simply noting what I observed.
I contacted Six Flags and requested a refund based on these issues. Six Flags denied the request, stating only that it has a "strict no-refund policy."
My concern is not simply that I did not enjoy the experience. I paid a premium price for a specific rental that was unavailable for approximately the first 30 minutes, and the actual cabana differed materially from what I understood I was purchasing.
Based on my experience and Six Flags' response, I would not recommend paying a premium price for the Capri Cabana without first confirming exactly what cabana you will receive and what refund remedies apply if the rental is not available as expected.
