点评：Absolutely awful, wouldn't recommend at all.
We arrived 40 minutes before our 9.30 session, got to 10 am no one had arrived to open up. Tried calling but obviously no answer ended up emailing, eventually got a response a response to say they didn't know the task master hadn't arrived.
Although an alternative time was provided on the day it was 5 1/2 hours laters which was no good as it had taken us an hr to get there.
I asked for a refund of my money and to be refunded for petrol as this was a 60 mile round trip for a 11 year birthday party, they wouldnt refund petrol even though it was there mistake. The lack of communication was bad, we were stood outside for over an hr and a half before we had any contact. Refund took over a week after yet another email having to be sent to find out where it was, then it seemed to appear over night!
Overall a dreadful experience, which was a shame as we were really looking forward to this
