点评：The coordination with the team before and at the start of the journey was smooth and efficient. Pickups were seamless, and the drivers were professional and friendly.
The experience with the guide during the Luxor and Aswan portion, however, was inconsistent. At times, basic expectations such as ensuring a smooth accommodation drop-off, punctuality, providing bottled water for multi-day trips, offering photo assistance, and sharing more detailed explanations at key sites were not met. There were also missed opportunities to provide local insights and context that would have enriched the experience, especially at major historical locations.
That said, assistance was provided when an issue arose with a purchase, and the situation was eventually resolved. With stronger attention to guest care and more engaging guiding, the overall experience could be significantly improved.
