点评：Would prefer to give no stars. Such a disorganised waste of time. Arrived 45 mins before the show started. Went to get a drink before the show started and was left queueing for ages with bar staff struggling to pull a pint. Then with 5 mins to go the beer run out after serving 1 of the 2 drinks. After a lengthy wait for the bar manager to refill, we asked for a refund on 2nd pint as show was starting. Then we were given 2nd drink and was told we had to wait outside the door for 5 mins as we were late comers. After 5 mins we were taken to a corridor and told to wait. After 2 songs had been sung we asked when we were going to be taken to our seats. We were told to ssh and we'd be taken when they get permission. After a further 10 mins of missing the show a couple of people went to walk to their seat but were chased down by security and stopped. We kept asking how long and Mark with the earpiece kept telling everyone to sssh and we can go when he gets the ok. As over 15 mins of standing about had passed with no sign of when we can go to our seats, Simon the manager was called, who said we'd be able to get a refund if we went back to the box office, which we did. Then Simon stated that he couldn't offer any refunds. After travelling for over 1.5 hrs to get to the venue, it is extremely disappointing to be treated this way. I would never visit this venue ever again.
