Caribe Horse Riding Club的点评
点评：I organised this riding trip as a birthday treat for my two daughters as part of our holiday. We were so excited at riding on the beach and in the sea for the first time. Unfortunately, my one daughter was sick on the day of the ride and couldn't attend. On arrival, I explained that my daughter was sick so there were only two of us and the guide couldn't have mean more grumpy and miserable towards us. He complained that if he had known, he would have been able to book in another group of 3 to ride with us. However, there is absolutely no incentive to inform them of someone dropping out as the trip is very clearly stated as non-refundable so we knew that we would have to pay for our missing person. He then proceeded to criticise our holiday - just what we need when we've invested a lot for a dream holiday. The horses were lovely, the beaches stunning but the guide was absolutely awful and I would not recommend. He really put a downer on it.
