A bike rental shop with a local flair and superb wrap around service

点评：I have visited this shop several times since 2007. There is a clear reason I keep returning to the shop on each trip. This trip was for 9 days. It is not only the service, but the shop also offers a unique traditional Majorcan island feel, as the owners are from the island - I prefer to support local - and the quality of their bikes is first class. They replace their impressive inventory every year, so you know you're riding 'the latest' version. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful, and when you go into their main store, it feels like an extended family rather than just another rental shop with a roster of employees. On my most recent trip, I picked up my bike in Can Picafort, and Jeromi helped to ensure the fit was perfect - everything on time and never felt rushed. Although I never took advantage of some of the other services they offer, they look inviting and are very competitively priced. They may not be the biggest bike rental shop or offer the widest range of bike brands (they specialize in Orbea) on the island, but if you're after a quality bike, superb and friendly service, and maybe take advantage of their extended service and trip options, I give them two strong thumbs up.
