Great fun, so glad we went!
Top Escape Rooms的点评
点评：We chose to visit Top Escape Rooms and play 'Mystic Temple' as a 60th birthday treat for my husband, with friends. What a good choice this was as we found it great fun!
The game designer and host, Adam, gave us a fun and friendly welcome with a useful briefing, then we were onto the game. Only one of our number was experienced with escape rooms, the rest of us wondering if it would be like 'The Crystal Maze' TV show. Luckily there was no running around, and the puzzles did not disappoint.
We found the puzzles to be of perfect difficulty, not too easy as to give no satisfaction, but not too hard as to stump us entirely, just right to make us feel clever. If we were clumsy with a lock but had the right code then the 'Monkeys' (Adam) would prompt us through the TV screen so we wouldn't waste time thinking we'd got it wrong. It was just the right amount of intervention.
The puzzles were inventive and fun and we were thoroughly entertained for the duration. Adam is joyfully enthusiastic about his Escape Rooms when we asked him questions afterwards. Both our experienced friend and us newbies loved the room. Adam has us hooked now as we are planning a trip to his Christmas rooms because Mystic Temple was so much fun.
