点评：We had a wonderful cooking class in Diafani, Karpathos, as a group of 8\. We learned how to make traditional **makarounes**, and it was such a fun and authentic experience\.
Our hosts, Evangelia & her mother were warm, welcoming, and patient, and we loved learning about the local food and traditions\. Making the makarounes together and then sitting down to enjoy the meal was a highlight of our trip\.
A truly memorable experience for all 8 of us\. Highly recommended if you want to experience authentic Karpathian food, culture, and hospitality\! 🇬🇷❤️
We also had a wonderful walking tour of Olympos. Our guide, Vasilis, was knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about the village, its history, and its traditions.
Walking through the narrow streets and learning about the unique culture, architecture, and way of life of Olympos made the experience truly special. Our guide shared fascinating stories as many of the people we met were cousins and helped us appreciate the village beyond what we could have discovered on our own.
A memorable experience for all 8 of us. Highly recommended if you are visiting Olympos and want to explore it in an authentic and meaningful way! 🇬🇷
