点评：We booked several activities through Tenerife First Excursions, including the dune buggy tour up to Mount Teide, the M.H.T cabaret show, Siam Park, and Loro Parque — and the entire experience was absolutely fantastic from start to finish.
What really stood out wasn’t just the amazing excursions themselves, but the honesty, friendliness, and genuine care shown by the company. Mark, the person we dealt with, was an absolute pleasure. He was incredibly patient with me and my partner, even though our booking requests were a bit complicated. He walked us through everything clearly, made the whole process easy, and we never once felt pressured or confused.
A special shout-out has to go to him for going above and beyond. I accidentally left a couple of expensive items at the shop after we’d left, and Mark personally phoned me to let me know — then drove to our hotel to return them. That level of honesty and customer care is rare, and it really meant a lot to us.
If you’re visiting Tenerife and want reliable, friendly, and trustworthy service, I’d highly recommend Tenerife First Excursions. They genuinely look after their customers, and thanks to them we had an amazing holiday packed with unforgettable experiences.
