点评：We got a taxi from Spiros Evaggelatos - Taxi Lixouri who was amazing from our hotel. Despite the bad day he had had, on our return journey which he told us about he clearly showed that he loves to help everyone as quickly as he can. A top taxi service that can take up to 8 people, but, more importantly, a very, very nice guy.Treat him well.
We left the port around 9am. The first stop was White Rocks Beach. Simply amazing. The best thing is you can swim, dive, snorkel, use pool noodles, or paddle boards to get to the beach. Or they have a dinghy that takes you to the beach, ideal for little ones and bad swimmers like myself.
The boat is a very good size, but not massive like some tourist boats, which made it feel much nicer, with many families talking and enjoying the day. It felt more personal rather than "let's fit as many on as possible". We had plenty of comfortable space and shade, and it was just a joy.
The boat has refreshments available all day, and after a good hour we arrived at Vardiani Island, with a chance to see the small monastery on the island. A buffet-style lunch was served – Greek heaven – along with wine, juice, water for the kids, and even Coke and other juices. You really can't go wrong as it's all included. Plus, there are optional paid extras for the hungry kids, which was a winner.
The third and final stop was Xi Beach, but I must say there was less clay in the water compared to the hotel end where we are staying. It's still there to be enjoyed, but not as much underfoot.My smallest child fell asleep and didnt think we would see the last island as soon as she woke the crew noticed the small boat came back and we was on the island just simply amazing.It feela like spending the day with a greek family you feel loved and looked after all day.
This crew deserve to always be fully booked. They also do evening cruises, and while awaiting our taxi home from Spiros, they were cleaning down Gloria ready for the evening. The crew are amazing – they never stop.
If you intend on doing a boat trip, this is the one!
