Rude, disappointing and breakfast for £20 not worth 20p

点评：Stayed here for a festival .
On arrival ordered a bottle of Prosecco , immediately the lady behind the bar zero customers service .. rude !
We were told we could leave our bags on arrival as couldn’t check in till 3 , when we asked she said No , rudely !!
Room …. Noisy … facilities for hot drinks rubbish …
Breakfast 8-10 … well … boil your own eggs and wait for everyone else to boil there’s (only 3 at a time) lots of waiting for toaster.
No teabags or cups when we came down , no glasses for juice .
Told that as fast as they are being brought out they are getting used but bringing 3 teabags out at a time seemed madness .
Croissants none when we got there , couldn’t have a drink whilst waiting for top ups but again rudely told they are being eaten as quick as they are brought out and everyone has come together …
You know how many people are coming down for breakfast surely for cups and glasses , food just put a bit extra on .
£20 for breakfast and got a slice of toast 🤷🏼♀️
Disappointing all round … most things can be forgiven if the staff are polite but nothing to praise what so ever except the chef who we saw in the hall was lovely and a young man that was on the bar in the evening his colleague (different one to afternoon) Rude !

他们说茶包和杯子会尽快拿出来，但一次只拿出3个茶包简直太荒谬了。
我们到的时候羊角面包一个也没有，等饮料续杯的时候也没法喝，服务员又很不客气地告诉我们，饮料一端出来就被吃光了，大家都聚在一起……
你们知道有多少人来吃早餐，难道只是为了杯子和食物吗？食物的价格就应该稍微贵一点。
20英镑的早餐，就只有一片吐司🤷🏼♀️
真是令人失望……如果服务员态度好，其他问题都可以原谅，但除了我们在大厅里遇到的那位厨师很和蔼，以及晚上在吧台工作的那位年轻小伙子（和下午那位不是同一个人）之外，其他方面都毫无可取之处！
