Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park的点评
点评：I took my kids here for a birthday party, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a place meant for children.
A group of older kids bullied my 7-year-old, threatened him, and even pinned him down in the dodge ball pit. Instead of stepping in and handling the situation, the staff completely failed to act appropriately. Even worse, when my 10-year-old tried to protect his younger brother from a 3-on-1 situation, he was the one blamed. That is completely unacceptable.
The entire place felt like chaos. Parents were not supervising their kids, and the staff clearly had no control over what was going on. There was no sense of safety, accountability, or organization.
This is not a safe environment for young children. The lack of supervision and the staff’s poor judgment make this a place I would strongly warn other parents to avoid.
