Highlight of Our Visit to Amalfi

点评：The Amalfi Paper Museum was an excellent experience and one of the most memorable parts of our time in Amalfi. It has a warm, welcoming atmosphere and, at least during our visit, minimal crowds, which made the experience feel relaxed and personal.
Admission was very reasonable at €7 per adult, and the guided tour lasted about 20 minutes. Our guide was friendly and engaging, and the tour was both fun and informative, explaining the fascinating history of Amalfi’s traditional paper-making industry. You get to see the historic machinery in operation, learn how paper was made centuries ago, and even have the opportunity to make a sheet of paper yourself.
The staff throughout were friendly and welcoming, and the combination of history, working machinery, and hands-on participation made this much more interesting than a typical museum visit.
It’s particularly worth visiting for anyone who is curious about how things work or simply enjoys learning a little local history while travelling. A unique, memorable experience and easily one of the highlights of our visit to Amalfi.
