点评：We visited the Museo della Carta as a family and thoroughly enjoyed it. The museum is well presented and gives a great insight into Amalfi’s rich history of traditional paper making.
The highlight was the 20-minute guided demonstration, where we saw exactly how handmade paper is produced using centuries-old techniques. It was informative, engaging and explained in a way that both adults and children could appreciate. Watching the machinery in action and seeing each stage of the process was fascinating.
The staff were knowledgeable, friendly and happy to answer questions, making the experience even more enjoyable.
If you’re looking for something a little different from the beaches and shops, this is definitely worth a visit. It’s an interesting way to spend an hour and gives you a real appreciation of one of Amalfi’s historic crafts. Highly recommended for families and anyone interested in local history.
