点评：As a family with a travel sick prone child, we always come prepared but the driver isn’t always supportive or prepared. This company was different.
We had a bit of a wait at Paris BVA airport for the driver to arrive but once he did and we were in, he had the car seat ready for us. He offered to stop when my son started vomiting into our prepared sick bag. He provided us with water and rubbish bags. We made no mess and he was friendly throughout and seemed understanding. Lovely experience
On our return journey, our driver was scheduled for 4:30pm, he arrived at 4pm, taking us to the airport, he had a sick bag prepared for us with the booster seat in situ. Our son wasn’t sick on this trip but our daughter decided it was her turn. The driver never once commented or made us feel less important despite what must be an awful situation to have to drive in (makes me feel ill, nevermind having to drive through it).
Wish we could’ve watched the TVs in the back but not with those kids lol
We all enjoyed the starlight ceilings
PDT were also v responsive to emails, changing our departure times when I wanted and confirming details.
I would definitely use them and their reasonable pricing again. 5 stars! (Out of 5)
