Outstanding Transfer Service – One of the Best We’ve Experienced

点评：From start to finish, this transfer service was exceptional. On arrival in Paris, we were greeted in the arrivals hall by a courteous gentleman clearly displaying our name. He immediately welcomed us, took care of our luggage, and escorted us to the minibus with complete professionalism.
Once onboard, he ensured we were comfortable, showed us how to use the television remote, and checked that we were warm enough — a really thoughtful touch.
The return journey was just as impressive. The driver arrived at our hotel reception around 10 minutes earlier than scheduled, with my name displayed on his phone. He patiently waited while the rest of our party arrived, handled our luggage, and provided the same high level of care throughout the journey. Small details stood out, such as turning the television volume up when the road became noisier, without us even needing to ask.
We travel all over the world and frequently use private transfer services, and this has genuinely been one of the best experiences we’ve had. Excellent service from start to finish — thank you. Highly recommended.
