We were lucky enough to have them during our stay, and we couldn’t be more grateful for everything they did for us. They took turns each day to accompany us, and from the very first moment, we knew we were in the best hands. Not only are they exceptional drivers — always calm, safe, and making you feel completely at ease on Bali’s sometimes chaotic roads — but they are also true experts in the history and culture of their country.
What surprised us the most was the way they shared their knowledge: friendly, engaging, and passionate. It wasn’t the typical cold or distant information — Ketut and Kadek told us about the history, traditions, and secrets of Bali as if two good friends were showing us around their beloved homeland. Every day, we learned something new, and more importantly, we felt cared for, accompanied, and treated like family.
You can tell they put their hearts into what they do. They have a special sensitivity and are constantly attentive to make sure everything is perfect. Every route, every stop, every conversation was designed to make us enjoy the experience to the fullest. And they truly succeeded. After a few hours with them, it no longer felt like we were with a guide and driver, but with two friends who genuinely cared about giving us the best possible experience.
Without a doubt, every time we return to Bali, we will count on Ketut and Kadek. Because beyond being great professionals, they are wonderful people who made this trip unforgettable and forever special in our hearts.
