Absolutely incredible - the best way to experience the Ha Giang Loop

点评：This was truly the experience of a lifetime and I cannot recommend Bibi Tours highly enough. From start to finish, everything was flawlessly organised, fun, and genuinely unforgettable.
My rider, Toai, was amazing, and our tour leader Ben - along with Heiu, Win, Dum, and Guan - made the trip exceptional. As a team, they were full of energy, laughter, and warmth, while always being professional, respectful, and incredibly attentive. They went above and beyond for us at every opportunity even picking us up and dropping us off from our hotel!
During the day, they organised brilliant activities such as volleyball, caving, and visits to local H’mong families, giving us a real insight into the culture and way of life. They also took care of all the small details - helping us with our protective gear before every ride, bringing us our water bottles, and ensuring we were comfortable and happy throughout. We genuinely didn’t have to worry about a thing.
The riders were outstanding - safe, skilled, and confident drivers who also made sure we avoided being stuck behind larger tour groups. What really sets Bibi’s apart is their use of smaller, quiet backroads and dirt tracks, which made the experience feel adventurous, authentic, and far less crowded, with absolutely breathtaking views.
In the evenings, we were invited out with the riders, including celebrating Toai’s birthday, which was such a lovely touch. The homestays were fantastic, the food was delicious and plentiful, and the scenery was unbelievable. The riders also explained all the dishes to us and made sure we had everything we needed.
They were an amazing group of people with brilliant humour, kindness, and passion for what they do. We were all genuinely emotional at the end of the trip and sad to say goodbye to them - that’s how much they made the experience feel special. I cannot fault them in any way; this was truly the best experience of my life. If you’re doing the Ha Giang Loop, do it with Bibi’s.
