BiBi Ha Giang Loop Tour的点评
点评：Experience: I’m writing this review on my bus back to Hanoi, having just had a life-changing experience doing the 3-day Ha Giang Loop tour. Bibi HGL Tours was a fantastic host and agency. I was traveling with another friend from my MIT grad program and can say that the staff communicated very well throughout all phases of the trip, from planning to facilitating. No question or concern went unaddressed during the entire experience. We had nice accommodations during the two nights we were on the tour. I would definitely recommend paying for the private room, if available. They were very comfortable, especially given how cold it was outdoors.
Staff: During our 3-day ride, our tour leaders showed us the best viewpoints, explaining the historical and cultural significance of what we were experiencing whenever necessary. I loved seeing how friendly the tour guides were with each other, and I think their super positive vibes helped build a strong sense of community within our wider traveling group. The staff, in general, prioritized safety and did not take any risks while driving. They also kept the group together at all times.
My guide, who drove me for all three days, was Trong. He was so funny, a great driver, and made me feel safe throughout the trip. We also had a few great conversations while riding. I would definitely request him again. That said, every other guide was also super friendly and positive. Also want to give Chua a shoutout for leading the group. He was great energy, so kind, and fun to be around!
Oh, and they always offered to take photos of us!! HUGE THANKS to the BIBI crew!
