Calabash Eco Adventures的点评
点评：If you find yourself with a day in Freeport, do yourself a favor and schedule a tour through Calabash, even if your cruise offers similar excursions.
We booked a kayak trip with Calabash to tour Lucayan National Park during our cruise’s stop in Freeport. There were 10 of us with varying kayak experience.
Shamie tailored the excursion to fit our group size, time on shore and interests. We chose to kayak through the mangroves, take the (excellent!) nature walk to some of the park’s caves, and enjoy lunch at a beach restaurant. The kayaking was on smooth water and the hike was on a boardwalk. It was manageable and enjoyable for all of our fitness and skill levels.
Shamie was also our guide. His kindness, warmth, and knowledge and love for the land and water, made for such a unique experience. He and his team gave us a day we’ll always remember.
