The worst possible experience!!! (death road)

点评：Their overalls were completely torn, and the knee pads and elbow pads were falling apart. The bikes were super old. My bike wouldn’t stay with the seat raised, the gears didn’t work (they tell you it’s “better,” but with other companies everything works).
It’s a scam—I don’t recommend it at all. That’s why they make you pay the full amount a day in advance, because once you’re there and they show you the equipment, they don’t give refunds. I went on 01/17/25 and I was worried all day about my friends. At one stop, out of nowhere, they started trying to fix my friend’s bike brakes; my chain “fell asleep” (jammed), and my other friend’s tire got damaged. Everything was delayed. We arrived at a place at 5:30 pm when there was still sunlight, and they started washing their bikes. When we got to the hotel it was already 6:30 pm, and we didn’t manage to get into the pool.
I do not recommend it at all. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
And when you complain, they tell you: “I get paid per day, the company is responsible.”
