点评:Went to have treatments that had been booked well in advance and which we had vouchers for and, after a long wait with my eight month pregnant sister (during which we weren't offered a seat or drink) we left because the staff seemed incapable of sorting issues and actually providing treatments. The staff said the cards hadn't been properly registered by head office but this was seemingly not their problem. They were unable or unwilling to sort the issue and, when I asked them to ring customer service to address the problem, responded with "what would I say, you could just ring". Really poor and disappointing service and I'd never go back. An apology, an offer of a seat and a glass of water whilst they contacted someone for support and an attempt to find a solution is all they needed to do but none of this was forthcoming.
