Charming old attraction that's very well maintained.
戈兹希尔模型村庄的点评
点评：This was our first visit to the Isle of Wight since 1977 (!) and we made a return trip to the Godshill Model Village : I'm glad to say it didn't disappoint.
Firstly, the real-life Godshill is beautiful itself - make sure you walk up the steep lane to the fabulous thatched cottages and hilltop church, of which there's a model in the Model Village.
The Model Village is beautifully maintained, with all the trees and shrubs immaculate and the models of the cottages, churches, shops etc are excellent : many of them are whimsical, many of them harking back to another time, but many bang up to date too, such as the mini wind turbine. I loved the cricket match, the wedding, the Morris dancers, the old Romany caravans, and the brilliant tiny model village of the model village!
It wasn't massively busy when we were there in the late afternoon. You need at least 45 minutes to get round, more if you want to admire every building, watch the miniature trains and visit the shop/cafe.

我们傍晚去的时候，人不算多。至少需要45分钟才能走完一圈，如果你想仔细欣赏每一栋建筑的话，所需时间还会更长。观看微型火车表演，并逛逛商店/咖啡馆。
