点评：We rented a car from Number 1 on Lesbos.
Don’t do it!
We had a breakdown, no matter what the cause was, and we needed assistance.
We called the emergency number several times, but nobody answered. They tell you that you can always call the emergency number if something happens… well, that’s simply not true!
Luckily, Corendon was extremely helpful and made sure that someone from Number 1 came to assist us.
The man from Number 1 couldn’t find us, even though he had our location. After waiting for more than two hours, he finally arrived. He was angry and irritated because, according to him, he had been driving around for an hour looking for us.
To make matters worse, I was charged €30, even though I had taken out the all-inclusive insurance. They said it was because he couldn’t find us, which makes no sense.
It turned out that this man was actually the owner of Number 1.
He showed no kindness or empathy whatsoever. This is completely unacceptable. We had every reason to be upset, not him!
He was very intimidating, which is why I ended up paying the €30.
My children were also surprised by how someone could react that way, especially when we were the ones having car trouble.
