点评：My daughter was travelling out to Methven to work a ski season after finishing University in the UK.
Due to a typo on her work visa she was denied boarding at her intermediate connection and her whole travel schedule fell apart.
Although that got sorted and she was put on the following days flight, she missed her booked coach transfer and would have had to wait another day for the next one, missing various appointments.
Jodie at Methven Travel was awesome.
Despite it being a Bank Holiday she arranged a car service for my daughter, even taking her to visit a bank on the way so that she could activate her NZ bank account.
When you are over 11,000 miles from home and stuck in a bureaucratic tangle, it’s a reminder of how the kindness of strangers can make such a difference.
Five stars feels hardly enough to thank Jodie and Chrissy.
